Spring: herbs and foliage / Summer: inflorescences and flowering tops / Autumn: fruits and seeds / Winter: bark, roots and tubers
Meet the medicinal plants of the presbytery garden, a garden of simple plants, a preserved legacy of the parish priest's garden, rich in plants with a thousand virtues!
We'll learn how to recognize them, identify them, cultivate them, preserve them and harvest them, so that you can draw inspiration from them and design your garden differently. As the seasons go by, we'll look at the different parts of the plants to be harvested, their uses and their benefits, with advice on drying and preserving them for independent use.
Each participant will be provided with plant fact sheets, a harvest calendar and other documents.
