Supported by her girlfriend Klem, Lila files a complaint against her father, who has been raping her since she was 8. Inspired by a shocking case that left its mark on Madagascar, Le Tribunal des cailloux is Johary Ravaloson's latest novel.
Living between Madagascar, La Réunion and Caen, France, writer Johary Ravaloson has written 6 novels (including Vol à Vif, in 2017), short stories and albums for young people since 2010. He takes part in writing workshops, and has been in residence at the Maison des écritures in Neuvy-le-Roi.
The literary conversation, hosted by members of the Touraine Madagascar association, will be followed by a sales and signing session, and will conclude with a friendly drink.
