When you cross the threshold at L'Aigle d'Or, you will be welcomed in a warm, cosy atmosphere, in winter near the fireplace, in summer on the terrace in the shade of a mulberry tree in our garden filled with plants and flowers.
The chef, Simon Desiles, has forged his cooking style and taken his inspiration from travelling and culinary experiments, while respecting the traditions of French gastronomy.
Eleanor Thomas, his partner, will be delighted to introduce you to the menus, which are reinvented in each season, as well as a list of wines from the region and elsewhere.
