Every year, on January 6, we celebrate Epiphany by feasting on a delicious galette, while fabophiles select THE bean that will complete their collection. But do you know where this deeply-rooted tradition comes from? We'll give you the answers in this resolutely gourmet workshop, where you'll have the chance to taste a galette signed La Forêt Noire, and perhaps discover the famous Bernardaud bean!
