With the return of spring comes the return of local nature workshops at La Grange du Viornay!
On April 18, join us for a field trip to discover local edible plants in season. Then, from picking to cooking, learn how to make simple, gourmet recipes, which you'll leave with step-by-step instructions for making at home. The Wild Cuisine workshop will be followed by a tasting of the dishes we've created.
