Visit our garden of Provins roses - rosa gallica officinalis - the only one of its kind in Touraine, with almost 3,000 rosebushes.
This organically grown rose is also known as the apothecary's rose. It is a bush rose cultivated in France since the 13th century in the jardin des simples for its medicinal properties.
During the flowering season, Claire and Sébastien invite you to discover their garden, help pick the rose petals and watch the distillation process to make rose water.
