Let the clown in us surprise you!
The clown, who is both ourselves and someone else, allows us to astonish ourselves by revealing unknown aspects of ourselves, to unfold our creativity and imagination, to relativize and even overcome certain difficulties, to dare to welcome and display our humanity, to welcome our emotions and play with them.
The technique used is that of the theatrical clown. Workshops begin with a body warm-up, followed by progressive clown improvisation exercises with nose-hat, then nose-suit, to gently enter the world of clowning.
Participants can be accommodated on site (chambre d'hotes) or take their own lunches and dinners (4 meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime).
