Electro-mandingo concert
Ages 0 to 5
From waking up in the morning to preparing meals, taking a nap and working in the fields, Une journée à Takaledougou is a musical evocation of daily life in a village on the banks of the Comoé River in southwest Burkina Faso.
The combination of sounds collected on the spot, revisited traditional Manding sounds and ambient electro immerses us in this small West African village, where griots use their voices to punctuate the small and large events in the lives of its inhabitants.
The two artists draw on the richness of their cultures - traditional for one, electronic for the other - to offer us original compositions combining the virtuosity of the kora and the husky, suave voice of Amadou Diao
