The Frédéric Mabileau estate also has a restaurant, where the fruit is our jewel. Hand-picked, the grapes are carefully monitored from fruit to bottle. My work with the land is organic and biodynamic, not an end in itself but a means of letting the terroir speak for itself in all its authenticity. It's an approach to living things, a fairer way of looking at things because it's more respectful of life.
