Open to external guests of the Loire Valley Lodges, the temporary restaurant Asperatus welcomes you for lunch and dinner from Saturday to Wednesday (by reservation only). From April to September, a succession of itinerant chefs in temporary residence are in the kitchen. They are freely inspired by a unique environment, drawing in particular from the one hectare permaculture vegetable garden.
In the middle of a forest, you are invited to an immersive, primitive cooking, made by fire. Embers, fire and roasting are the DNA of Asperatus.
