La Table des Halles is embellished! Sacha moves his kitchen to the center of the restaurant, and changes the furniture to make the atmosphere more modern and warm.
The cuisine becomes gastronomic and contemporary. Everything is prepared with homemade products: "Proud of our producers and our market gardeners, I only use local products from them.
Don't worry, the dishes of the past, traditional and greedy, obviously have their place.
